Ingredients2 tbsp almond meal
1 serving pea protein powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 banana, mashed
1/2 cup plant milk
1/2 cup boiling water
1/2 tsp cinnamon
pinch sea salt
Suggested toppingsBerries, banana, coconut yogurt, nut butter, nuts, seeds, etc.
- Add a pot to a heated stove and add the almond meal, chia seeds and pea protein power. Then gently add the water and milk and stir well.
- Add the mashed banana, cinnamon and sea salt
- Keep mixing until it looks like a creamy porridge.
- Remove from heat and serve with suggested toppings.
